Hitman Trilogy launches today on PC, PS5, PS4 and Xbox
O Interactive’s Hitman trilogy is up there with the best work in the franchise’s history. However, for those who have not yet stepped into the World of Assassination’s World, it’s a great time. S. Crucially, it’s also available via Game Pass.
What is the Hitman Trilogy?
Hitman Trilogy, as the name suggests, is a collection of all three Hitman games. It combines all the regular content in one affordable package. This trilogy works by allowing you to play the content from previous games in the latest release. If you own Hitman 1 and 2, you can use the levels and weapons in Hitman 3. The Hitman Trilogy allows you to access nearly everything quickly.
It doesn’t appear that the trilogy includes DLC. However, with so much content already at your disposal, there will be plenty of content to go through before you need it, especially with all the new features and updates coming up to Hitman 3.
Hitman 3: What are the New Features?
Hitman 3 will be available on Steam for the first time. The game was previously only available on PSVR. The thrill of assassination can now be experienced in VR by PC gamers.
IO Interactive has also promised new maps and modes to launch as part of Hitman 3’s year two content roadmap. Elusive Target Arcade will be the first mode available. This will allow players to attempt to eliminate multiple Elusive Targets at once. The Elusive Targets were previously only available for a short time. However, the Arcade mode is permanent and will add more Hitman contracts throughout the year.
Freelancer is the new model. Freelancer, a single-player mode, will bring roguelike elements to Hitman’s gameplay. Players will navigate through campaign missions changing their gear and loadouts, and you can leave behind any gear. Hitman Trilogy has a lot to offer, so don’t hesitate to jump in.
