Fae Farm first DLC expansion The Coasts of Croakia was unveiled
Cosy’s farm simulation Fae Farm has released a teaser trailer of its debut content update, called Coasts of Croakia. It is expected to be released on December 14th, 2023. and is free to everyone Nintendo Switch players and deluxe edition PC users.
In the teaser clip posted on YouTube there is very little presented. The majority of Fae Farm’s action is set in the Azoria Island. Azoria in the Azoria region, and the teaser showcases a few flowering lily pads, which connect its beach to a gigantic Frog. The frog is very similar to the game’s quest-giving creatures and it is likely that players have to feed the frog prior to it being transferred into a brand new area.
In a brief glance, the new zone (presumably Croakia) is seen with a number of frogs and overgrown plants as well as dangerous high cliffs. The game’s creators, Phoenix Labs, have offered additional details in the coming days and weeks into the date of release for the DLC.
The game’s Store page the game’s store page on Steam offers a wealth of important information. “This is just the first step in your journey through Azoria” according to the page. “[DLC will be available to increase your game’s scope discover new regions that you can explore, and introduce new characters that you can meet and connect with, unveil the new world of creatures, create new tales, and bring the game with more magic!”
Fae Farm has previously received critiques for characters that feel hollow, a feeling we echoed in our critique. One of the potential romances, Argyle, features prominently in the trailer. Perhaps this means that character personalities will change in the course of updating the game or that the new characters will offer more romantic possibilities.
Coasts of Croakia is not likely to end the game’s storyline. promotional material to promote the Deluxe version indicates that a second content pack is in the works in the same way. As far as the release date is concerned the range of a few months between the months of December 2023 to June 2024′ was offered.
The time of writing is now it is unclear what the cost will be for Coasts of Croakia has has been revealed for the regular edition PC gamers. Some have suggested a price of PS10 which would bridge the gap between PS29.99 regular edition and the PS49.99 Deluxe Edition.
