Bungie addressed the issues with ‘Destiny 2’ since the release of Lightfall. Players have experienced disconnections, technical issues, and even game shutdowns during the Season of Defiance. Bungie was silent about these problems for most of the Season of Defiance. Now, Bungie has finally responded to these issues.

Bungie claims that the stability problems were caused by updating Destiny2. They say that these updates will improve the stability of the game and the performance of players in the future. In the short term, however, there have been a few issues. The weekly update on Tuesdays is usually only a short downtime. In some instances, however, background updates have caused havoc on the servers, forcing Bungie to take Destiny 2 offline.

Bungie’s team is working to fix these issues so background updates don’t affect the performance of the game in the future. Destiny2 servers will be scheduled to undergo downtime while they work on this. The game is expected to go offline for one and a quarter hours on each update day. Bungie claims that by building this downtime into the update they can make it more reliable and stable for the players.

Bungie has finally addressed the issues with servers that have plagued Destiny 2 since Lightfallwas launched. We’re happy with the expected downtime. It is better to expect that there will be downtime every week rather than be shocked by it.
