Here’s the release date for PAYDAY 3
Payday 3 is the much-anticipated sequel to Starbreeze’s co-op, first-person shooting game. Since its announcement in 2017, the game has been largely kept under wraps. Fans were left wondering as the years went by, since there wasn’t any mention of a date for release, or of how this third game would improve on the series.
In December 2018, Starbreeze’s headquarters were raided by Swedish Economic Crime Authority after it was bankrupt. The development of Payday 3 and the possibility that we would hear more information about its release seemed in danger at the time.
Payday 3 Release date
Starbreeze was able to stay afloat, though, after going through a period where it reorganized, laid off employees, and sold some publishing rights. It resumed the development of Payday 2 in 2019. Now, the company has revealed details regarding Payday 3’s release date.
The Swedish publisher has revealed after signing a publishing agreement with Koch Media that Payday 3 will be released in 2023 on PCs and consoles.
Like its predecessors, there are plans to provide post-launch support “well beyond the initial release date”. ”

Payday 3 is still a mystery. The official Twitter of the game states that it’s (obviously), in development. It seems to have taken a few years to design the game, and the game will be using Unreal Engine.
It’s safe to say that, since this is another installment in the co-op, first-person shooting series focusing on heists, we will be robbing establishments with AI and other players while wearing more or less ridiculous masks. We’ll also, hopefully, make off with some money.
Prime Matter, the publisher of Payday 3, shared a trailer for May 2023. They also announced that we would get our first glimpse at gameplay in the summer.
