Nearly 400k people leave messages in Technoblade’s Memory
Last week, we received the sad news that Technoblade, a popular Minecraft YouTuber, died at 23 after a long battle with stage 4 cancer.
He was loved by many. His father read his last message to his fans in a video entitled long geeks’. It stated: “Thanks for supporting my content throughout the years. I believe that if I could have another hundred lives, Technoblade would be my choice again. Those were the best years of my life.
Technoblade was involved in Hypixel, one of the largest Minecraft server network networks. Simon, the founder of Hypixel, released a statement late in the week. He also plans to create a touching memorial for Technoblade and a gift for his family.
He wrote that “We at Hypixel are deeply sorry for the announcement made by Technoblade’s family that he had died after a long-fought battle against cancer.” He will be deeply missed and remembered fondly. He was a talented, kind, and passionate young man with incredible potential. We are grateful for his service and thankful that he was a part of our community. Technoblade’s success is in many ways tied to our success.

He said, “with the permission of his family, wwe’llalso establish a tribute to Technoblade” in the Hypixel main lobby. The memorial will be open to players until July 31st and will include a book with condolences. The book will be printed and handed to TeTechnoblade’soved ones after it has been moderated.
