DualSense Controller’ Hogwarts’ will display your house colours on the ‘Hogwarts’ Legacy.
It is the little things that make games unique. Those immersive touches, from the satisfying sound of footsteps on different surfaces to being able to interact with even the most insignificant-looking parts of the environment, take the experience to another level.
The developers behind Hogwarts Heritage are determined to make the game as magical as possible. Yesterday’s trailer showed how PS5 users could immerse themselves in the magic. But one feature is particularly remarkable. DualSense’s dynamic lightbar will allow gamers to display their Hogwarts pride while they play.
You read that right. Depending on which house you are sorting into, your DualSense will glow in the appropriate colours. “W” We’ve tapped the DualSense cocontroller’sight to give us a unique bit of personalisation,” “handler Wood, Games AAvalanche’scommunity manager, wrote in a post on PlayStation. The DualSense controller lights will flash with damage or spell casting, but they wwon’tflash. Instead, the DualSense will light up with the colours of the Hogwarts house.
The trailer ddoesn’tshow this effect, but it is clear that Ravenclaw stuck with the Basic Blue DualSense colour. This would have been a shame. It is an exciting touch that makes you wonder if the effect might impact which house players choose to live in.
