After nearly nine years of waiting, Rockstar Games finally confirmed that Grand Theft Auto 6 is in development. They released a new community post that outlined changes to the Contract and GTA5: Enhanced, Expanded. This gave fans an overview of what’s next.

Although the name of the following entry is still unknown, it’s Rockstar’s first official admission that a new game is in development. Grand Theft Auto V was launched in 2013, and aside from the GTA remastered trilogy, there has not been a new entry.
