Halo Infinite Dev Update: Halo Infinite Dev Update promises to deal with cheating
Since its launch late last year, Halo Infinite has received a lot of support from all parts of its player base. We’ve been focusing on every aspect of the game, from grabbing the most powerful guns in multiplayer to collecting all campaign collectibles.
Cheats have been a problem for some time. It is difficult to eradicate a free-to play game from hackers and cheaters, but we have an update posted by Ske7ch who is 343 Industries’ community director of Halo. We can now hope for positive changes in the future. He had the following to say about cheating:
It seems like we will soon find a solution for the long-running Big Team Battle problem, as well as some solutions to the cheating issue.
It looks like BTB will be back to its former glory. The fix “went into quality assurance last week” and the team “is not seeing the issue internally using the (new) build.”
It’s all good that ends well. We’ll keep you informed about any anti-cheat updates.
