Team Rocket Returns in Leaked Cards from Upcoming Pokémon TCG Expansion
Japanese fans have leaked new cards from *The Glory of Team Rocket*, an upcoming Pokémon TCG expansion that brings the infamous villainous team back into the spotlight. Known for their major role in the anime and several past TCG sets, Team Rocket will once again be featured in a dedicated release.
*The Glory of Team Rocket* is the tenth Japanese set in the Scarlet and Violet era, set to launch on April 18. According to leaks shared on social media and reported by Poke Beach, 34 of the over 98 cards in the set have been revealed. Of these, 26 are Team Rocket-themed, including appearances from iconic characters like Giovanni, who appears on 10 different cards.
Several Pokémon have been paired with Team Rocket members, including Moltres, Crobat, and Nidoking. Giovanni is seen with Mewtwo on three cards, and also teams up with Meowth and Persian. However, fan favorites Jessie and James are notably absent—likely due to their departure from the anime.

The cards are expected to be included in the upcoming English-language expansion *Destined Rivals*, set for release on May 30. This set will feature over 240 cards, including 17 Pokémon ex, 23 rare illustrations, and 11 special rare illustration cards.
