About The Game
The action begins by a briefing of the president in the White House concerning Yuri and how he began his plan to take over the world with the control of mind. Yuri interrupts the discussion to talk about his plans to conquer the world.
He explains to American president Michael Dugan that he has an entire network of psychic dominators all over the globe, which the Psychic Dominators are making the first steps to reveal. One of the psychic dominators lives located on Alcatraz Island in San Francisco and Yuri is activating just prior to ending his message for his White House.
The president immediately initiates an air strike on the device. However, all planes that were attacked were destroyed, but one crashed directly into the nuclear plant that is on the island. This causes the device’s power to be cut off and cease to function. However, Yuri activates his other Psychic Dominators across the globe and the entire globe is quickly sucked into the power of Yuri’s mind control.
