Mortal Kombat 1 will get the massive ‘Aftermath’ story arc

Boon states that the expansion is identical to the Aftermath expansion of Mortal Kombat 11, but adds that there will be an “big unexpected surprise” that will be announced following.
NetherRealm Studios plans to support Mortal Kombat 1 for longer than MK11 It should prove an enjoyable experience for the players to listen to. Given the fact that MK11 received a lot of love in its glory days, getting additional support for the game will be beneficial for all that is.
