Ah, poor Starfield. It had such promising potential, and such a sense of hope however, it quickly ended when a few players were able to get their hands on it to discover that although it’s an enjoyable game, it’s not got the longevity of Skyrim.

Maybe we’ve always known that this was the case because, after all, Skyrimwas named the top Bethesda game to ever be made. It’s a high-profile endorsement that means Skyrim will not be easily surpassed and not even by a game that is newer from the same team of developers.

This is news it appears that Bethesda hasn’t received good, with the company insisting it’s the players who have erred, not them. An unorthodox move, but an opinion that isn’t shared by everyone because the vast majority of Starfield’s players have admitted that the game is boring, despite all the positives that it offers. It could be that this is the result of people hoping for Fallout to be in space but then being met with only a half-baked rendition of the fantasy.

As a response to Xbox declaring that it would like Starfield to be as popular in the same way as Skyrim in the decade that it has been ago, a player said, “Better start updating now,” apparently a joke regarding how much is required to be added to the game in order for this to be possible. One reply to that blog post complained that the prior update has done little such as the user asking saying, “The latest update includes two fixes, and it’s restricted to beta play for Steam once more. I’ve experienced a handful of major quests fail before the beta, but there’s not a solution. I’m just looking to play this game, dammit.”

While Bethesda is famous for its shaky games, including Fallout: New Vegas Starfield Starfield does not have the magic and fame which Fallout was able to generate through many time. The game is a complete start and that’s why it’s so difficult for people to join. At GAMINGbible we have given Starfield 10/10 of 10, and will remain true to our rating. We also recognize that the game must improve if it’s going to even come close to replicating the great game like Skyrim.
