Hogwarts Legacy: Dark Wizard Wanted introduces GTA-style punishments as well as Azkaban
Hogwarts Legacy is one of the top games in 2023. However, this doesn’t mean that it’s perfect. In fact, there’s plenty to be improved upon.
Although this Harry Potter RPG has brought in more than a billion dollars in revenues in the first few months, it’s claimed it’s case of Hogwarts Legacy feels “criminally insignificant”. In fact, when you look at the game to others like Baldur’s Gate Baldur’s Gate 3 and The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom, it’s clear why it didn’t make The Game Of The Year conversation at such a rapid pace.
Although the mod scene is Hogwarts Legacy generally not as active as many fans had hoped for but there are some who are working on exciting additions and systems to ensure that the game is kept active.
The one feature they wanted to have included? The penal system and wanted-level It was used in earlier versions of the game, but was ultimately eliminated due to time restrictions. It effectively means it isn’t possible to wave your wand all over the place and not be aware that certain actions have consequences.
Modder jedijosh920 implements exactly such a system. It’s an amazing mod that forces players to consider the possibility of applying the curse of death which is Avada Kedavra, on NPCs with the flick of a Hat. Also, the mod allows you to use the killing curse against any person. Use this mod, along with the Ministry of Magic will send Aurors to take on the person. When you’re caught, you’ll end up in Azkaban.
A fun addition, getting a desired witch or wizard can lead to advertisements for wanted with the character appearing on them until you are either able to escape or defeated.
It’s important to note that this mod isn’t officially licensed Naturally, however, I’m not certain Warner Bros. would be happy to install the mod to let you play around with a gun within a game in which the majority of players and NPCs are students in the early stages of their education. You can however do as you please.
