It began in September when EA made it clear that they were moving the Need For Speed devs over to Battlefield. Naturally, this doesn’t sound like a good thing for the racing franchise.

Criterion the team that would normally be in charge of racing games for EA was transferred onto Battlefield and left with the skeleton team that was in charge of the newest Need For Speed game. Fans were anxious and worried about the possibility. In a short time, the hashtag was spotted on social media, with the hashtag #WeWantNFS.

The details are scarce since EA has not commented on the game since its launch the fact that Battlefield 2042 recently saw enormous growth in the number of concurrent players there’s no reason to believe that EA would hold back from the shooter to make room for the team. The “We Want NFS” collective of players will likely continue to raise the bar, however, it’s apparent that EA has shifted its focus to racing. At least, for the moment, while they attempt to make up for the loss of Battlefield.

There are currently not many racers in the market since Codemasters was bought by EA in the process of preparing for the next edition of Project Cars shortly. insisting that the team focus exclusively on the DiRT series. This is yet to be completed.

It’s believed that it’s been suggested that the “We Want NFS” movement was initiated by YouTuber “Korrmotive Since then, fans have been contacting each other to at resembling EA that it is a franchise. The fact to know that NFS Unbound is the most recent game that was released did well but received a weak acceptance. But, EA didn’t exactly pull off all the stops to promote the game.

But, of course, don’t say that you will never see at a minimum a team playing the next match even if it’s just tiny and unless we find out otherwise, it’ll appear shortly. Keep our fingers crossed, and keep our voices clear.
