ConcernedApe’s Haunted Chocolatier New images are revealed
It’s been quite a while since we’ve heard anything about Haunted Chocolatier. Don’t worry; the latest update has been announced for the game’s creation.
The development of Haunted Chocolatier was previously put on hold by the game’s creator, Eric Barone (ConcernedApe,) in his quest to finish the planned 1.6 update to Stardew Valley. But, given the launch date for Stardew Valley 1.6, expected to be before the end of 2023, it seems that Barone has begun to shift his attention to Haunted Chocolatier.
On October 4, The most recent batch of images from the development phase was shared on the ConcernedApe’s X account, which was previously a Twitter account, to celebrate reaching one million users on the site.
New images were released for Haunted Chocolatier.
When Haunted Chocolatier was first announced on October 20, 2021, Fans were left to speculate on what was expected in the game. It could be set within the universe that is Stardew Valley. New screenshots provide a better idea of what is to be expected in the game.
The Mermaid Fountain shown in the photo seems to provide an air of legitimacy to the game set in the same place. The mermaid is depicted similarly to that described in Stardew Valley.
Other images include what seems to be the player’s house, a gothic and sinister library, and a new look at the brand-new combat system to be included in the game.
Based on the screenshots of ConcernedApe, it’s evident that the art style will adopt an edgier, more spooky color than the previous. This can be seen in Haunted Chocolatier, which has a more incredible color palette.
Furthermore, the granularity and precision of Barone’s art have advanced after the launch of Stardew Valley. The picture of the player’s home is brimming with adorable decorations and other details that prove Haunted Chocolate’s art superior to the ones in Stardew Valley.
