The Telltale’s The Walking Dead ending is still destroying fans many years after
Fans are discussing what games made them weep. Naturally, The Walking Dead from Telltale’s The Walking Dead comes to mind – a horde of players got to the conclusion of the game crying like newborn baby babies. I’m sure I did. After the topic was asked on Reddit, responses began to come in.
Many people agreed with the reference to The Walking Dead. One user commented, “I don’t cry often, but that ending was something else.” The dramatic changes and twists established TWD as an excellent game and a game that helped push Telltale up the ranks in narrative gaming.
Naturally, I’m forced to revisit the numerous tragic moments mentioned. For instance, To the Moon was a heartbreaking movie that was a painful experience, and the u/whentheworldquiets user stated, “I still cannot talk some through the story without choking up and crying.” Another Indie darling needed to be added to the list, as per u/newbabyfly, who nominated Journey with a wide range of accordance.
Hundreds of gamers opted for Red Dead Redemption 2 to not ruin the five-year-long game and suggested a couple of key moments that made players cry. Many decided to go with The of Us Part 2, while others chose The of Us Part 2 and felt that it was the first part that Part 1 was even more than awe-inspiring. I’m probably going to vote for this. Richard provided us with RDR2 as well as Metal Gear Solid 4; the choices Kate made included Horizon Forbidden West and Tchia; Sam nominated Halo 4 while Angharad picked TWD, the initial Reddit selection of TWD and Ewan joined in with Marvel’s Spider-Man as well as Celeste.
