Eternal Threads is a single-player First-person puzzle game that involves the manipulation of time, choices, and consequences.
As an operative charged to fix corruption within the timeline, you’ve been assigned to North England. North of England in May 2015, when six people were killed in a fire at their home. You are not allowed to stop the flames, you are required to influence the decisions made by the other housemates in the days leading up to it to ensure they are able to survive the incident.
Since the start the moment you start, you are given free and total control over the calendar of events for seven days before the flames begin. It is possible to watch and change important events all week long for as many times as would like, and in any arrangement you want. Certain decisions may only have a slight impact on the timeline. These include changing the location of objects or uncovering deeper tales and hidden secrets. Significant changes, however, alter the timeline by altering existing timeline events, adding events, or even replacing existing instances completely.
The player must move across and around this timeline, making changes during the week, so that their results interact, and then combine for the sake of saving all six of your housemates.
