Colonists must complete missions to gain honor in the Empire. The Imperial title of acolyte is rewarded with honor. As your nobles rise in the ranks, build grand throne rooms for them.
Dress your nobles in the finery of a monarch or prestige armor. The king or queen will inspire your people with speeches and perform on the piano, harp, and harpsichord.
