Konami leaves in many details with the new Metal Gear Solid Remake screenshot
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is the current-gen remake of the classic Metal Gear Solid 3 that was eagerly anticipated at the PlayStation Showcase in 2023. Details have been slowly and painstakingly trickling out since its reveal. There’s a lot of uncertainty, such as whether the voice-overs will be recorded by original actors, or simply remastered. But one thing is certain: The leaves are beautiful.
Konami revealed today (May 27, 2023) a new Metal Gear Solid Delta screenshot that highlights some of the plants you’ll encounter in the swamps.
That’s about it for some foliage. The raindrops are beautiful, and it is a nice touch to have them on the leaves. But this doesn’t reveal much about the game. The landscapes have a much wintry feel to them than in the original.

Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol 1 will be released this year. It includes the five first-person games of the Metal Gear Solid series. Details are scarce, aside from the fact it is coming to PS5 on a physical version. If they’re going to release it on other platforms, it would be a long time before we hear anything.
