Three new exotic armors for Destiny 2 Season of the Deep
Season of the Deep (at least in theory) is now available for Destiny 2. Like previous seasons, it brings new Exotics into the game.
Each Hunter, Titan, or Warlock can get a new Exotic Armor Piece by completing the Master Lost Sectors on Neptune or by completing solo Legendary Lost Sectors. The three armor pieces are listed below along with their functions.
Cenotaph Mask – Warlock Exotic Helmet
Trace Rifles are automatically reloaded and marked by a Warlock. Allies that help eliminate these targets will be rewarded with heavy ammo.
Arbor Warden — Titan Exotic Chest Armor
Titans can create grenades powered by Traveler’s Light. These new grenades create barricades when thrown.
Triton Vice — Hunter Exotic Arms
The power of a Hunter’s Glaive grows with every foe it destroys. When subclasses and Glaive components match, projectile eliminations are triggered.
Why would anyone want to throw Barricades? It sounds a little rough unless we are missing something. It’s funny to place a barricade before a player who is about to fire a grenade or grenade weapon.
It’s a bit disappointing that Hunters are getting an Exotic Glaive, but it might be interesting with the correct build for PVE. If the Warlock Exotic is good, then Warlocks will be Divinity’s designated users for endgame content in the future. It’s a nice change from Starfire Protocol which has been heavily nerfed this season.
