Season of the Deep introduced a variety of new weapons and perks. The Collective Action perk grants an extra damage boost when you collect Elemental Pickups such as Void Breaches or Firesprites. This is a solid perk for PVE but could cause even greater havoc when used in PVP.

Collective Action gives you a damage bonus of 20% for 11 seconds. It stacks well with other damage mods like Elemental Surge, so you don’t need to score a kill in order to activate it. It is best to use a Behemoth Titan equipped with the Tectonic Harvest Aspect, as it creates Stasis Shards when you destroy a Crystal.

As Fallout demonstrated in a video, the hand cannon Targeted Redaction is capable of two-tapping Guardians with any level of resilience. Targeted Redaction can now be used to kill Guardians in just two precise headshots with the combination of two Void Surge Mods and Collective Action Perk.

Behemoth Titans are able to make Stasis Crystals using Glacier Grenades, or the Hoarfrost Exotic.

So, yeah. Looks like Bungie has added another Destiny 2perk to the mix. This perk is relatively offensive in PVE, but it could tip the scales in PVP. Bungie may change the way the perk functions or even disable it in PVP depending on how popular this strategy is over the next few weeks.
