GTA 6 Jason drops new teaser for fans to be confused
It’s okay if you say what I am about to say. The wait continues for Grand Theft Auto VI. Rockstar Games has not confirmed the release date of their next installment in this wildly successful series, despite teasing it.
Rockstar confirmed GTA VI’s existence over a year ago, but we still haven’t seen the final product. Rockstar suffered, a major cyber-attack last year. Over an hour of footage from the development of GTA VI was posted online. However, most of it was removed quickly. GTA 6 could be released between April 2024 to April 2025. It’s true that this is a long time frame, but we didn’t have much to work with a couple of weeks ago. One of the actors rumored to be in the game just released a teaser.
Fans discovered materials that suggested the characters’ names would be Jason and Lucia. Fans were able to identify Bryan Zampella, the actor who plays Jason. Rockstar has not confirmed any of the above, however, Zampella recently posted a photo in Miami, wearing a Hawaiian shirt. This could be him enjoying a holiday but many fans believe this to be, confirming Vice City’s setting for GTA VI.
Zampella seems to be at it once again. The actor posted an image of himself looking at the ocean in his most recent teaser. He’s dressed in the same clothes that Jason wore last year, which is a bit odd. It’s easy to see why some fans believe this is a joke, but there are other possibilities.
Zampella hasn’t confirmed his casting, so it’s possible he’s just dropping false teases in order to capitalize on GTA 6-related attention. Or he might be Jason himself – or whatever the name of the character may be. Rockstar will need to clarify things eventually.
