Lisa offers traditional turn-based RPG combat and a 2D side-scrolling world.
Brad and some party members are dependent on Joy, a drug that can dramatically increase their power but also causes withdrawals when they stop using it.
There are many settlements in the overworld that have bars and shops, which can be used to recruit party members. There are thirty potential companions. Brad is the only exception.
