The story is set in the 21st Century during a fictional war. One-player missions feature clashes between U.S. Marines and China, and the fictional Middle Eastern Coalition. The game is set on two fronts.
China and the Middle East are being invaded by US and EU forces and the United States by Chinese and MEC troops.
