The design team quickly rejected puzzle types I knew from other games. Fighting mechanics were inspired by classic, fast-paced shooter games such as Unreal, Doom, and Quake. They encourage high-speed strafing, jumping, and firing shot after shot at enemies without worrying about weapons or reloading.
