Overview Quarantine
Quarantine’s primary gameplay cycle involves using a taxi equipped to carry weapons to transport passengers, deliver packages, and defeat enemies. The player can replenish the taxi’s ammunition or armor by visiting gas stations marked on their map. The missions take the player through various districts in Kemo City. Password-protected gates prevent players from moving from one zone to another until they have completed enough story missions. When it was first released, the quarantine required a robust system. One of the first advertisements in gaming magazines used the slogan, “If you’ve got the ram, we have the pennies.”
Quarantine was long before Grand Theft Auto III. It comprises three types of disease that must be defeated on hard mode to win 100%. The theory is that you can beat the game in three games if you know the mechanics. There are four classes in XCOM. All four types can be played, but you choose the one that interests you.
This allows for entirely different game play depending on where you start. There are four start cities available, each with a different result. I decided to play the three diseases on medium difficulty each time with an other class. I had no problems. I was able to complete all of the achievements except the last one. I finished the hard mode games in 8 hours. (6 games) I could have done it much faster, but I did play with different classes and played entirely online all the time.

The graphics and art look great, despite the simple UI. There were no issues that I could see. The music and sound effects were fantastic. Men and women operatives used cliche phrases such as XCOM. If necessary, they gave their lives for the cause. It was a great experience, especially since sim and tbt are my favorite genres. Overall, it was very satisfying gameplay, although it was pretty simple.
If you are having trouble with this, you can save and reload whenever the rng allows. This game is delightful. This game is an excellent turn-based strategy. Unlike many other games, you are trying to save the world and not just kill stuff. It’s similar to a multiplayer board game where you are in charge of all players. It would be great for kids, as there are no graphic disease effects and almost no violence.
