SimCity 2000, a simulation game for city building, is the second installment of the SimCity series. The SimCity 2000 concept now features a near-isometric, dimetric view. Instead of an overhead view, the land can have different elevations. Underground layers were also introduced to allow for underground water pipes and subways.
