DYING LIGHT 2 HUNDFIELD Electrical STATION LOCATION – HOW TO RESOLVE THE CABLE PUZZLE
Dying Light’s Houndfield Electrical Station are two of many important side activities that you can do during your stay in Villedor. They not only reward you for your experience but also change the alignment of the city. You’ll need to know the address of the station and the solution for its cable puzzle if you want to obtain the crossbow.
While you can access the area it’s located from the beginning, you cannot access the station until you have completed enough of the main story. You can see that Dying Light 2’s Houndfield Electrical Station is located in the district Houndfield.
It is located in the south of the district. Because of its unique design and height, the building is easily identifiable. The distinctive marker on the map will point you in the right direction if all else fails. However, just getting there is not enough. You’ll need to go inside.
You can do this by riding a hook through the courtyard to its highest level. Then, drop down to its lower roof to find two broken windows that you can use for Dying Light 2’s Hounsfield Electrical Station. Although there may be other ways, this was the easiest way for me to get in. Let’s move on to the cable puzzle now that we know where it is located.
As with other cable puzzles in Villedor, Dying Light 2’s Hounsfield Electrical Station cable solution involves connecting the numbered cables and the numbered terminals. Cable 1 should be connected to terminal 1. Cable 2 should connect to terminal 2. Although the cables have a limit on how long you can use them, this is one of the easiest puzzles you will encounter.
Cable 2 is a particularly efficient way to get started. Jump towards the yellow box in the middle and then use the cable to reach the pillar with four yellow sections. Go to the right and climb them. Then, use the rope to cross. You will see cable number 2 by making a right.
Since you are here, open the door and grab it. Then jump straight down, but be sure to land on the trash bags. Now you are in a chemical zone, so you will need to move quickly. Once you are on the bottom floor terminal 2 should be directly behind you. Connect the cable.
Turn left, and you will find the second half of Dying Light 2’s Houndfield Electrical Station solution to the cable puzzle.
Go up the ladder, pass through the door in front of you, and then turn right. You’ll reach cable 1 by climbing the ladder in this room. Open the yellow door first. Grab the cable and go through the yellow door. After exiting, take a left and then use the rope to cross.
Drop down to terminal 1 when you are close to the opposite side. The elevator will descend if you connect it to the control room. Explore the entire station before you go. Loot disappears once it is activated.
You can do the side activity from the control room while deciding if the Peacekeepers or the Survivors should take over the station.
