Lost Ark Update Introduces New Europe West Region
The developers added a new region to Lost Ark with the February 17th update due to high demand. Smile gate hopes to open a new region that will reduce, not eliminate, the queue times for Europe Central. Players who choose the new Europe West region will experience fewer queues. You can still use your Royal Crystals, Crystalline Aura, and other items, but you cannot move with any redeemed, claimed or acquired items if you move to the new area.
All players, regardless of region or server, will receive the Smilegate launch celebration gift. The welcome gift will be given to anyone who logs into Arkesia from February 20 through March 2. This update fixes a variety of bugs, including scaling issues in the UI.
- Fixes an issue that prevented the Northern Lawmaker skin from properly displaying when dyed on any Warrior subclass.
- Problem fixed: Emoticons would now be displayed as text for players who had different language settings when they chatted.
- Fixed an issue in DX11 that caused the UI Scale to become offset when changing from native resolutions during Full Screen.
