Super Mario Odyssey was, without doubt, one of the most memorable adventures by our Italian plumber. Odyssey was first released in 2017 with great reviews. It is currently the sixth best-selling game on Nintendo Switch.
Nintendo is working on a sequel for their most popular franchise, although there hasn’t been any official confirmation yet of Super Mario Odyssey 2. There have been some rumblings about Mario’s future. Here’s what we know.
Job Listings
Back in October 2019, Nintendo put up job listings for two new Super Mario projects. The first job listing was for a Level Designer to create a “New 3D Action Game” in Tokyo. This would likely be Production Group 8, which previously produced Super Mario Odyssey and Super Mario 3D World.
