Overview
Robin wants to help people and be a mechanic, but she doesn’t have a license.
Ever since picking up her wrench, the world has been going nuts and she’s wanted to bolt it back together. Penance is now raining on her family and friends, and One Concern agents want to take her down.
Robin is part of something bigger, and it’s more than Ivory fuel droughts and personal conflicts. Joakim Sandberg spent seven years creating Iconoclasts, an indie developer’s masterpiece. Iconoclasts is a combination of hilarious hijinks, great action and deeply personal storytelling. This 2D platformer is artistic and pixelated. It is part action, part running around solving small puzzles and part crafting resources.
Robin is your character. He lives in a dystopian society, where it is forbidden to fix and tinker with things (without the blessing of The One Concern), and those who do so are exterminated. Robin’s father was an engineer who “disappeared” in one day. Robin has big shoes to fill while facing the authorities. Bravo to the developer who tied the title of the game so well to its meaning.
