Ultimate General Civil War can be used as a tactical war game. The American Civil War, 1861-1865, was the most bloody period in American history. The campaign is entirely dependent on the actions of players and the battle results. You can also play historical battles separately.

You are the general. You are the general. Your reputation and successes might allow you to access more corps, divisions, and brigades.
