Intel Boosts Data Centre Power With New Xeon Chips

Intel has introduced its next generation of Xeon chips as it seems to cement its leadership at the data center area.

Offering Cores, fostered chip frequency and higher cache size, the Intel Xeon scalable processors would be host hardware and the company data center so far.

Intel States the new chips have the ability to deliver substantial advances concerning functionality and functionality per dollar.

The new releases contain the Intel Xeon Gold 6256 and 6250, two new processors which boast the industry’s greatest server chip frequency, delivering a foundation and turbo frequency up to 3.9 GHz and 4.5 GHz, respectively.

Intel Claims that these processors are Best for Workloads that refresh, such as databases, modeling & simulation, HPC and trading.
