The Elder Scrolls meets Minecraft in Steam game that you can try for free
Steam’s latest freebie is an interesting mix from The Elder Scrolls and Minecraft It’s definitely a must that is a must-have for RPG players.
The Christmas season is fast approaching and it’s the time that the spirit of thanksgiving and generosity is abundant and thanksgiving is abound, with Steam taking the lead by offering many free titles to include in your collection during the holiday time.
A good example is one such title is an RPG that features the story-driven missions in The Elder Scrolls or Baldur’s Gate 3 and crafting and building for survival in Minecraft and Valheim.
The game is titled Reign of Guilds Game’s description says: “Reign of Guilds is one of the most popular MMORPG. Dark and magical middle-age open universe, castle sieges economics and diplomacy. Merchant and craft groups, church and mercenaries, count as well as the King. You can choose the side you want to.”
The description may be quite vague. Allow me to explain it in more details. Similar to Bethesda’s famous RPG series, the goal is to explore the wide landscape, engage with the people around you, and take on any monsters or men who come in your way. There are some encounters that can be solved through words if your more of a peaceful person but it’s ultimately up to you to decide what type of identity you choose to create within the game.
As of the time at the time of this writing this article, the game hasn’t been released as of yet. Reign Of Guilds is set to release in the year following however playtests will begin within the coming days. It will grant you access for free to the game prior to its launch and also an opportunity to give your feedback to the team on how it works, what’s not working as well as any glitches or bugs you discover during the process.
When the game is released and you’re required to buy this game, so the test is an excellent opportunity to test the game a go to see if it’s right the right fit for you.
Reign of Guilds is set to launch in early 2012 exclusive to PC through Steam.
