It’s not a secret. It’s no secret that Ubisoft can create fantastic open worlds that are full of details and a keen eye for specifics. Take the Assassin’s Creed Mirage for an example. It included a recreation of Baghdad, which was so honest and detailed that it was reported to make historians weep.
Some excellent open worlds were actually derived from the lowest-rated games from Assassin’s Creed, precisely that of the RPG trilogy. The trilogy consisted of Assassin’s Creed Origins, often described as the top out of three, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and the focus of today’s debate, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
Although none of them are good games, some were accused because they strayed too far from mainline games and were often regarded as spin-offs, with the possible exception of Origins, which still had an underlying story that was based on that of the Order of Assassins.

Odyssey certainly has a stunning Assassin’s Creed game. However, it’s also a game that’s incredibly visual. Assassin’s Creed Red is taking the franchise to Japan. There’s a lot of potential for Ubisoft to be even more successful in terms of high-quality visuals.
