“Assassin’s Creed: Bloodstone throws fans into the Vietnam War
With various titles under progress The Assassin’s Creed franchise is still in the same place it was when it first started in 2007. As the release date to see Assassin’s Creed: Miragefast nears, Fans can spend their time playing Assassin’s Creed: Bloodstone, a two-part graphic novel series.
Created by Guillaume Dorison, Assassin’s Creed: Bloodstone tells the story of Tomo, one of the newest people in the Japanese Assassin cell. When he discovers a plot, Tomo, who is generally a scientist instead of an action, has to look deeper, even if it involves taking the path of the Assassins engaged in Vietnam.
The illustrations are by Ennio Bufi, the two-volume graphic novel initially published and written in French. The first book was launched in March 2019, with the second volume released on October 1st of that year. But, it was later published in English in 2021, 202,0, and 2021, respectively.
The book is not the first graphic novel released in the “Assassin’s Creed” series. Since there have been numerous comics published throughout the years and a variety of characters, it’s easy to become overwhelmed. There’s a good thing: a graphic is available that shows the most efficient reading order should you decide to take on these comics on your own. Some novels have interconnected stories, while others are standalone, and other books have been reprinted over the last few years; it can be challenging to know the best way to read them. Furthermore, some comics are based on the tale of randomly named Assassins like Tomo, while others follow the stories of Ezio, Altair, Connor, and Edward.
Ubisoft is currently having its hands full with the Assassin’s Coned series with plans to release Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR, Infinity, Codename Hexe, Codename Jade, Codename Red, and Invictus. The game will be released on October 5th, and Mirage is due to release on October 5th, with Nexus VR following on November 16th; it’s set to be an excellent time for the series, with numerous more games coming out after 2024.
