Will Smith in a new massive open-world zombie RPG

You may have a craving for zombies. You’re probably also disappointed if you, like myself, were hoping for an update to The Last of Us at last night’s PlayStation showcase. The TLOU Multiplayer Game is currently in development, but we have only seen a couple of pieces of concept artwork.
Naughty Dog has said that they will not reveal games in the future until they are near completion. There’s still hope as The Last of Us celebrates its 10th anniversary on the 14th of June. Day Gone is also not a zombie fix, despite its recent revival. A sequel has yet to be announced. You may be interested in Unawakn, which is launching on 15th June.
Unawn, a free-to-play open-world survival RPG from developer Lightspeed Studios will be available on PC and mobile on 15th June. Pre-registrations are now open. It reads: “Embark with survivors on a four-year adventure where infected run rampant through a world shattered by a global disaster.”
Will Smith stars in the game as Trey Jones, a ‘legendary survivalist’ who acts as a player’s guide. Humans have been divided into different factions in this universe. The Raven Squad will be the group that players will join, as they will fight against other members from Clowns Eagles Night Owls Reivers, and Night Owls.
It’s a shame isn’t launching for consoles but it certainly sounds like a promising game. It is a shame Unawn will not be launching on consoles, but the game sounds promising.
