Kerbal Space Program 2 Release Date – Everything we know so far
Like many NASA launches, the mission to go boldly where no Kerbal has been before having been scrapped a few times. The sequel to the game that introduced orbital physics to the masses. (I never thought I’d write those words, did I?) The original draft was intended for release in 2020. However, many things were to occur in 2020…and 2021 before our microscopic rulers overtook the planet.
However, the Kerbals have not experienced a pandemic so why are they late?
Kerbal Space Program 2 release date
Without the right insight, you could believe that there hasn’t been much information since the last update on Kerbal 2’s official site in June 2020. Don’t despair, though. The site has stopped being updated and developers have been active updating via a new site. It’s not perfect, but it does have some new information.
The forums are very active and provide updates from developers as well as general chat with fans. All that being said, there is no release date. Some speculate the game will arrive in December, while others hope for a summer release.
The Steam page currently lists the game “coming soon”. You can wishlist this game if you’d like.
