This Stunning Unreal Engine 5 Resident Evil Horror Stars Leon S. Kennedy
It is safe to say that Resident Evil: Village was the most people played last year. According to HowLongToBeat stats, it was also the most popular game of 2021. We can now turn our attention to an indie game that will have all of the horrors of the Resident Evil series, but there are no other Resident Evil titles currently in development.
Meet ILL, the debut game by Team Clout, a new developer. This game might be known as. However, in case you don’t know, it’s an original horror game that seems to draw inspiration from Resident Evil7. The monster designs are reminiscent of Dead Space. It’s powered by Unreal Engine 5 and is as beautiful as grotesque.
ICYMI…check below for older and more graphic footage of ILL. It’s not for everyone.
Although the trailer is short, it will give horror fans more to look forward to than the beautiful visuals. It’s also confirmed that Nick Apostolides will be playing a part in the game as the voice actor for Leon S. Kennedy, one of Resident Evil’s most beloved characters. The video description also revealed that Lorn, an American electronic musician, will compose the soundtrack.
If you’re like me, you will find this trailer a welcome departure from the hyper-realistic gore in previous game teasers that we were shown (or treated to, if you prefer that type of thing). It’s certainly impressive. But I don’t find it as interesting as watching finely rendered guts fly across the screen.
Team Clout revealed in March that they have a playable demo version of the game. However, there is no word yet on when it will be available. Please don’t force me to play this one.
