The developers tweet strange Russian news, claiming that the economy had collapsed. However, the Scavs participating in live sessions have all been equipped with thermals. This means that all players have access to great gear at high-speed rates.
Why is this? It seems that the developers are having a lot of fun with their in-game economy and giving away loot free of charge. This could be because there’s an Escape from Tarkov wipe coming.
