Battlegrounds for Same-Factions Are Not Planned for WoW Classic: Season Of Mastery
This could open up the possibility of a reworked Classic WoW PvP system with Arena’s potentially becoming the new end-game PvP system with the same gear rewards.
Early server predictions suggest that Alliance is a little more represented this time, since many people want to try something new and the power of Paladins has been recognized for the first time.
Blizzard also announced today the removal of spell batching from Season of Mastery. This was similar to what happened in a later patch prior to The Burning Crusade.
The new updates and changes were made just one week prior to the game’s release. Players hope this will not mean that the game will be released with any remaining changes.
