The Ultimate Spider-Man
Ultimate Spider-Man, a 2005 action-adventure game, is based on Mark Bagley’s comic book. Ultimate Spider-Man allows the player to roam around Manhattan and Queens in a completely free-roaming environment. The game switches between Spider-Man or Venom automatically when the player enters story-mode. Spider-Man travels via web swinging. The web will be auto-aimed and shot at a building close to the player’s position to swing. This is similar to Spider-Man 2. Spider-Man performs acrobatic moves. Venom travels using his symbiote, pulling himself along and performing huge jumps. Venom uses his tendrils and claws to attack. Venom can also throw vehicles at targets and perform more brutal attacks such as eating people to improve their health.
