Street Fighter 6 Reveals Elena’s New Moveset Ahead of June Release
Capcom has officially revealed Elena’s refreshed moveset in a new *Street Fighter 6* gameplay trailer. The fan-favourite capoeirista, first introduced in *Street Fighter III: New Generation*, will be the final DLC character in the game’s Year 2 season, joining the roster on June 5, 2025.
Elena returns with a mix of classic and new abilities. Familiar moves like Rhino Horn, Scratch Wheel, Mallet Smash, and Lynx Whirl are back, while new additions include Lynx Song, Leopard Snap, and Harvest Circle. These moves can be enhanced when used in combination, adding more depth to her gameplay. Moon Glider, an evasive move ending with an aerial launch, also joins her toolkit.
Her Super Arts include:
– **Meteor Volley (Level 1):** An anti-air combo starter
– **Revival Dance (Level 2):** A rapid flurry of kicks
– **Song of the Grasslands (Level 3):** A powerful nature-themed finisher
Players can unlock Elena’s classic outfit from *Street Fighter III* and *Ultra Street Fighter IV* by increasing her bond in World Tour mode or purchasing it with Fighter Coins.
Alongside Elena, Capcom will introduce a new stage, **Reniala Remains**, showcasing a serene nighttime view of the African plains.
With Elena’s arrival, *Street Fighter 6* wraps up its Year 2 character pass, which also included M. Bison, Terry Bogard, and Mai Shiranui.
