Fortnite Leak Teases Another Mortal Kombat Skin and New LTM
A recent leak suggests that another Mortal Kombat character could be coming to *Fortnite*, adding to the growing roster of crossover content in the game. Following the addition of Sub-Zero earlier this season, and the upcoming Scorpion skin, a third Mortal Kombat fighter is reportedly in the works.
Epic Games’ *Fortnite* is currently in Chapter 6, Season 2, titled “Lawless,” which introduces a criminal underworld theme with heist missions, Black Markets, and more. Sub-Zero was the first Mortal Kombat character to join the game this season, bringing icy abilities to players. Now, according to a leak from *Fortnite* data miner Loolo, *Fortnite’s* encrypted files suggest that Scorpion, along with a mysterious third Mortal Kombat character, will be added soon. The leak also mentions an upcoming Mortal Kombat-themed limited-time mode (LTM).
Speculation is already rife about who the third character might be, with many fans believing it could be Raiden, especially given his appearance in Sub-Zero’s emote. However, some rumors suggest that these characters may not appear until *Fortnite*’s next season.
In addition to Mortal Kombat, *Fortnite* players can expect another ninja-themed crossover: new *Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles* skins, focusing on villains like Krang, Bebop, and Rocksteady. With these ninja additions, *Fortnite* continues to expand its crossover universe, bringing iconic characters from multiple franchises into the game.
