It is based on the film adaptation and the same-titled novel by J.K. Rowling.
In November 2001, Philosopher’s Stone was first created for the Game Boy Advance, Game Boy Colour, Microsoft Windows, and PlayStation. Two years later, in December 2003, it was remade for the GameCube, PlayStation 2, and Xbox.
How to play on Windows—Method 1
- Get Harry Potter and the Philosophers: Stone Win Files (En.7z) and extract it.
- Open the “Game Files” folder and double click on “HPlauncher.exe,” and the game should launch
- If you get any errors, right click the launcher, go to “Properties>Compatibility,” and select “Windows XP (service pack 2)”. Also select “Run as administrator.”. Click on “Apply” and then “Ok.”. Then try launching the game.
