Steam just released 12 free games to combat post-Christmas fatigue and give gamers something fun to look forward to in 2017
Christmas may have passed us by, but the long and winding road to New Year has only just begun! Get ready to enjoy countless more cheese, chocolates, movies and video games during these next 365 days between now and New Years Day.
Steam users have something special coming their way for Christmas this year: an assortment of free games they can download and keep over the next several days! Shall I talk you through them all? That would be wonderful.
As I write, there are currently at least twelve free games that you can download and keep without incurring a subscription or any hidden cost.
The free games are as follows:
- Grapple Tournament – an eye-catching shooter featuring engaging grapple mechanics.
- FASTER – a type of parkour battle royale where speed matters or it could mean death!
- World War: Rome – an engaging turn-based strategy game where it may take years before guessing its theme can pay dividends!
- Pirates Of Heaven has mostly negative reviews so perhaps don’t bother.
- Dungeon Mage – An adorable looking Dungeon crawler.
- Screamdown – First person multiplayer horror that requires loud screaming into a mic in order to strike fear into foes – truly awesome game experience!
- The Finals – Chances are, you may already know about The Finals as it has quickly become one of the hottest battle royale titles currently out. Give it a look – there is so much action going on right now and definitely worth checking out.
- Build Master: MarsVille- A city-building and strategy game which challenges you to create your Martian colony using engineering prowess and building expertise.
- Killfish- In this action/FPS title, immerse yourself into an immersive world in which robots have taken over an old factory complex.
- DreadMoon- Become an powerful werewolf and right the wrongs that your people committed in order to liberate the land from vampire lord Balthazar’s clutches.
