God Of War Ragnarok: Valhalla Free expansions was announced
Well you know, it’s a good thing – or, should I say okay, all right considering that Matthew McConaughey recently left the stage. It’s the Game Awards are underway.
There are a few hours to go, packed filled with awards and announcements. In just 20 minutes into however, and we’ve already been given some great announcements. Neil Newbon has won Best Performance for his character Astarion from Baldur’s Gate 3. as well as the previously mentioned McConaughey visited the event to announce that he’s going to be a part of the cast in the Exodus. Exodus. PlayStation has just arrived with the most exciting announcement to date but. God of War Ragnarok will finally get DLC. This is not just any DLC. The game is free DLC which is available in only few days.
That’s right. God of War Ragnarok Valhalla is an all-new free DLC due to release on December 12, 2023. On the PlayStation blog Santa Monica devs announced that Ragnarok has sold more than 15 million units on PlayStation 4 and 5, along with the coming ValhallaDLC is an appreciation gift for players.
Valhallais the finale to the main story that follows Kratos through his “deeply personal and reflective journey”. The synopsis says: “Set after the decisive fight with Odin and Atreus the departure of Kratos is able to see a way to himself that he had would have never imagined before. After being transported to the eerie shores of Valhalla with only Mimir, Kratos will enter deep into the undiscovered depths of Valhalla, to confront the obstacles within him and confront memories of his past.”
A first for the game this DLC includes roguelike elements. Developers reveal “During every game you’ll be able to become more adept and adapt to the difficulties Valhalla’s game has to provide. As you progress challenges, the more resources you’ll earn that can be put to use in permanent upgrades which affect Kratos as well as Valhalla the city itself.”
I’m going to make the possibility that it’s going be several chances to unravel the mysteries of Valhalla. Kratos can access every weapon and the skill tree. However, players have to choose an armor as well as Spartan Rage path per each game. It is possible to improve specific stats during the game. Personally, I can’t be waiting to get into.
