Steam-based hit, which is essentially the equivalent of a scary Stardew Valley is getting a huge free download
It was a huge success following its initial release in the year before and this Roguelike game is set to be an enormous free download and is currently 40% off during the Steam Autumn Sale.
Cult of the Lamb took the world by storm when it was first released in June of 2022, making an astonishing one million units of sales within the initial week. A year later the game is on track to win three BAFTA nominations, one of which was to be awarded the Best Game and now its creators’ attention is turning to the future.
Created by the indie firm Massive Monster, Cult of the Lamb will receive a no-cost major content update at the beginning of next year. The update is titled ‘Sins of the Flesh’ The new version will feature “new features, stories and more” as per the announcement that was made via Twitter the week before.
“We have been working extremely hard on this update, and there is so much more content coming to the game!” The announcement came with information the Cult of the Lambis is currently on sale for 40% in its Steam autumn sale, which is their biggest-ever sale.
Due to its fun dialogue, epic boss battles as well as a great game experience It’s no surprise that Cult Of The Lambsits is in the “overwhelmingly positive” rating on Steam. Furthermore, the game has Twitch integration that helped make the game popular with viewers on Twitch. It allowed users to join their own cultists in the game and vote to either help or hinder the streamer. You can imagine that it caused a great deal of confusion. What’s the reason you wouldn’t want to support all religious cultists to consume their own urine?
