God Of War 6 Unreal Engine 5 trailer transports Kratos on a journey to Ancient Egypt
The time is rapidly approaching after God of War Ragnarok was made available, but with no confirmation that there will be a third installment Fans are taking the matter into their own hands.
God of War and God of War Ragnarokare the newly rebooted games in the awe-inspiring God of War series. The first game was released in 2005. it was the initial of three games telling the tale of a Spartan warrior Kratos. The game was released in 2018, by Santa Monica Studio, Kratos was joined by his son Atreus and they went on their way to an area that was inspired by Norse mythology.
Following the release of its sequel God of War Ragnarok God of War Ragnarokin December 2022 the fans have been waiting with anticipation for the announcement regarding the next chapter and the conversation has moved towards where the next installment could be set to take place.
As we said, the most recent God of War series takes its place in the past of Scandinavia. Some players hope that Kratos and Atreus are able to expand their horizons and travel to other countries. Maybe Egypt perhaps? It’s a good thing that a YouTuber and video maker decided to use Unreal Engine 5 to reveal the possible look God of War 6 could be like if the game were located in Egypt.
Within the movie trailer, we follow Kratos in his quest to discover stunning sandy landscapes as well as mysterious tombs before he finds him in the old pyramids filled with Sarcophagi. The trailer concludes with Kratos declaring (or screaming), “We have a long journey ahead”.
There isn’t any indication that there will be the possibility of a God of War film with a setting in Egypt It would certainly be intriguing to have Kratos or Atreus exploring an alternate universe based on Egyptian mythology, as opposed to the Norse settings we are familiar with and enjoy. In the case of the first God of War series inspired by Greek mythology, it shouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility to expect Santa Monica Studio to switch the story. Personally, I would like to see the boring giant, Kratos go head-to-head with Sphinx’s puzzles.
