About Stranded Deep Alpha
The player controls a man on an airplane flying over the Pacific Ocean. Unfortunately, it runs aground and leaves you stuck on board of a rescue boat near an uninhabited island. Your mission in this game will be to survive in this hostile environment and obtain all necessary items in order to complete your mission successfully.
The dynamically generated environment consists of small uninhabited islands. These provide players with many resources necessary for survival: trees for wood, palm trees for coconuts and stones, yucca for rope making – just to name a few!
Players are limited by hunger and thirst, as well as a health meter. The game takes place within subjective vision and provides many creatures for interaction: small fish, sharks, crabs and other animals from Pacific Island wildlife.
A crafting system gives players the ability to craft various objects from basic resources. For instance, they can craft tools out of sticks and stones or construct a shelter out of boards, for instance.
Players in Stranded Deep can explore the expansive world of Stranded Deep to uncover shipwrecks. These may contain chests containing exclusive items that cannot be obtained through manufacturing processes – like lighters, tin cans, Bengal lights and more!
